I know all about Matt's Big Breakfast and The Breakfast Club.  What other spots should I be hitting when I'm in town next month.  Anything in the greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area is fine, I like to drive.

The one at 24th St & Camelback rocks.

I have been to both of these, they are cafe's, not a black tie affair, but good homemade food.  First is Butters Pancakes and Café at 8390 East Vía de Ventura F108, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.  Really pancakes and crepes.  The second is The Breakfast Joynt at 20775 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.  When I went before, the special of the day was pumpkin pancakes, and as strange as they sound, they were really tasty.  Not much seating at the Joynt, but really good meal.  Enjoy.

I make one delicious breakfast...winking.

Lolo's has good chicken and waffles and I would stick with that.  Their pancakes are mediocre at best.  I like the Central Ave location best.

The southeast valley has a few gems
Gilbert:  Liberty Market, The Farmhouse and Joe's Farm Grill
Chandler:  Yoli's Cafe for great choriz

Jalapeño bacon pancakes! NUFF SAID.
