Is to go to the providers name field and type in TS "Name" and hit enter.
The fewer search items on TER, the better the results. As an example, I recommend you also search on her number but realize that it will change often more than likely. Starting from the name is more solid and you can then drill down from there. And before you do all of the above, google everything and if there are other names, search on those too.
