After I could not keep it hard long enough to finish. Pills did not help enough. I I'd not try the vacuum and ring. Talked with my urologist. Had an inflateable implant installed. Have not found a lady yet that has any problem with my inflateable cock.
Many have already seen or know about inflation systems.

But the nerves still are not cooperating. Viagra does not seem to work either. What did work was getting injection therapy with something called bi-mix.
