Someone I've seen multiple times before now, is not the same person I just saw recently. Going to svelte to pregnant looking, and how should (if) the question be asked? You just write a new review. There has to be a reasonable difference from your old review. If accepted, the new one will be posted and the old one will be listed as unapproved and no longer visible to us. You will not get VIP days for writing a re-review.
