I usually don't get the talent 'ready made' actually - I work hard on helping the girls develop and to be quite honest, most spas out there don't care to train the girls or teach them different techniques - hence the reason for the reputation of HFH quality service. If anything, I believe that I run the most strictest of spas and the most hardest to work at from what I'm told because the clients are spoiled
