Going to be in town for 40th birthday party with friends. Looking for reliable strippers (or escorts that are interested in performing more along the lines of a good quality stripper experience). This is more like a bachelor party than a classic escort experience we are looking for. I find it hard to find this through this site and not having lucky elsewhere on the internet. Most websites are so shady and unreliable.

I typically avoid having strippers do outcalls because they typically bring trouble along with them. Additionally, YMMV on the quality promised and what is actually received. I would also stay off of eros, craisglist, backpage for the same reason. Here are some options that have worked in my previous experience:
1) If you're staying at a hotel with a concierge desk, you may want to ask them if they have recommendations. Friends once did an overnight bachelor party at the W in Scottsdale and they provided a list of approved stripper services they had vetted and recommended. Ended up getting some great girls.
2) Call some of the strip clubs. See if they have packages they might provide outcall to your location for a private party. I'm not sure about Phoenix, but in some other cities I've been in (Portland, San Jose, Austin, Detroit, Vegas), this has worked.
3) Fly in a day or two early and check out the strip clubs and ask the strippers if they would be willing to do a private party. YMMV but some girls would rather avoid paying house fees to the club and might jump at making guaranteed money. Did our Fantasy football draft in Vegas and we were able to convince a few ladies from a local club to host our draft and do dances between picks/rounds. It made it difficult to remember who I wanted to draft but the draft was a lot more enjoyable.
