But here is my 2 cents. After many years of hobbying I have noticed that ads that state 100% me or it's free tend to lean towards being a ripoff.
Not always but more often than not.
In addition, this is related to my opinion about BP. Law enforcement targets BP because it is easy pickings to get hobbyists and providers. For a # of reasons.
