I scheduled with a provider that has plenty of reviews on here and is on p411 although she hasnt logged on there in a week; when i scheduled, she didnt ask for any kind of appointment info or screening info/name, etc.. I find this odd, am I being paranoid? Has anyone heard of LE involvement with profiles on TER or P411?

Either don't see her, or ask her why she didn't screen you. Take some time to think about her answer. Never see a provider if you don't feel comfortable
