Obviously this is a loaded question. The best cannot be defined by the highest earner. I mean Donald Trump could be considered popular but as an escort, well, if he can't make a casino work, I doubt he would be successful. He would have good ads though. How do you know who is good? This kind of question reminds of some primetime entertainment show that will go nameless.
