I definitely noticed what you are talking about, and she's obviously got quite a mound down there. There was no doubt in my mind that was a muff bulge and not a man bulge. We'll have to wait 2 years to possibly see it, though (legally).

My congrats to Carly and the other members of the American gymnastics team for an outstanding job. But I do wish that one of you providers would talk to Carly about "trimming" that thing. Goodness, that huge bulge in her attire had me wondering for a bit if she was a guy or a gal. Nice ass though. Cute kid!

It is definitely padding for protection during routines.
It might be a protective device! In gymnastics,there is plenty of opportunity for injury of "sensitive" areas...the ladies can suffer injuries there just as much as the guys...ouch!
it is padding somewhat. gymnasts wear protection such as men wear a jock,the coochie needs to be protected also. think about it - balance beam ouch, uneven bars ouch. and yes that is a VERY nice ASS. way to go carly.
