I think you pretty much summed it up yourself...a lady in this field often has a lack of inhibitions about her body and probably assumes, after the intimacy you two just shared, she has nothing to hide. I can only speak for myself, I like to take my constitutionals privately, except when I am very comfy in a personal relationship ...and even then, more often than not.
