My experience is that the girls at Phoenix Fantasy are slightly more mature (maturity does not necessarily equate to age...), and a slightly better experience. You pay a little premium for that, but to me it is worth it. Depending upon your desired age range and your budget, but I would recommend Phoenix Fantasy over Phoenix Girls.
