The Orange County Register has an adult section in the Classified Ads.  However, I wouldn't try these ladies there.  They are rip-offs and have drivers with them. You know- Money comes first, money goes to driver, ladies ask for "tips", and many other "rip-off" statements.  I got duped many times.  I have to say that you would be better off with TER.

My local paper allows escorts, massage (non-therapy), and adult service/entertainment categories. However, the problem is most in the escort section are complete and total ripoffs. They are grouped together with girls that only do strip tease dances, or do a non-FS massage. A legitimate FS GFE companion ad would be like finding a needle in a haystack, so any knowledgable hobbyists avoid these all together.  
If being based on that example, I would recommend against it. Consider the advantages of online ads. Being able to post pictures, participate in discussion boards, exchange email, and reviews that validate your service make this a much preferred method for the consumer/hobbyist.

Since you are in PHX I thought you might be interested to know the AZ Republic does... keep in mind however that our local louse "Sheriff Joe" used the papers to capture all the ladies in the November/ December 2003 roundup. Not to mention several ladies who advertise in the papers are notorious for being rip-offs, the clients on the other hand... well you never know what you are gonna get... even though you screen anyone with $0.50 can get a paper.
