This service is very disorganized. Girls are not as young as advertised and they are not all GFE's. Gianna, the phone girl will tell you what you want to hear and then in the appointment the goods are not delivered. I saw Bebe and she was a flake, high as a kite on prescription grugs and looked like she had not had time to freshen up between appointments. I waited 45 minutes in the lobby to go see her and was very disapointed. Ended up leaving 10 minutes after arriving pissed off.
Made an appointment with Victoria with a discount for my troubles with Bebe and this time I waited over an hour in the lobby of the hotel again. That is very uncomfortable with all thats going on in Boston. Anyway when I got up to the room Victoria was at least 35 years old not 25 as advertised and also in need of freshening up. She definately had back to back appointments as I was her 3:00pm and did not go up to the room until 4:05pm. The 4:00pm guy arrived and sat just a couch away not knowing who I was. The reason I know it was him is because when I came back down, 50 minutes later not an hour later as the appointment was cut short, the guy was getting on the elevator as I got off.
YMMV as always but these people have a bad record to date.
OK I have sat down and thought for a while on how to respond and the truth of the matter is Dogbone is correct in 2 things 1) You were held waiting for your appointmemt now as shallow as this excuse seems it is the truth, 2 appointments before yours the gentleman showed up 45 minutes late he kept insisting he was 10 minutes away and I made the incorrect judgement call by allowing him to see her even though he was very late.This then caused an overwhelming tidal wave of events that i cannot even begin to describe (I apologize to you Dogbone once again even though you may never use us maybe you will sypathize with our dilemma that day, truth is it was a bad one)
2)Bebe ... well I love Bebe to death she is a great girl however she has a lot of problems and you did call her out on it I did not notice until that Boston trip how bad she was (if you notice she has not traveled again because she is undergoing voluntary treatment which I am helping to pay for) she is my friend I have to... but in her defense she is an excellent provider I have seen her reviews and it just seems to me that people either really love her or just did not or could not get along with her there is no happy medium.
Now it is unfair to say we do not have a good reputation mistakes will happen and I always do my best to rectify them, if a girl did not provide the experience you were looking for call me up let me know what happened I promise I will take care of you use this board as leverage if need be thats what it is here for , secondly by stating my girls are not GFE's you obviously have not seen the absolutely Glowing reviews I have here in Boston on many providers as well as other cities do a search Im sure you will find several girls of mine that have gotten 9's and 10's in performance as well as looks, then I have a few yhat didnt truth is not everyone has chemistry together I hate the term YMMV but you know each individual session varies...but ! ... I will never ever send a girl touring that just cannot get along with anybody this is not a YMMV scenario but a terrible provider and I do know the difference ( I will bend over backwards to present you what you shelled out your hard earned bucks for a good time with a young clean beautiful girl that meets the criteria you are looking for)
Dogbone I wish you would call me give me a second (rather third chance) let me know what you want I will deliver as promised I have faith in my travels to Boston it is a very succesful city for us the gentlemen are a complete delight and so far no one ever had anything negative to say about us there so I dont want Boston to close its doors to us .

Why book appts that close? That's one of many reasons I don't use agencies.
back-to-back appointments are meant to maximize profit.
unfortunately all too often they do more harm to one's business since the girls don't have time to decompress, freshen up, have a bite to eat, something to drink or just get in the groove for the next guy
being a clean-freak, i would never subject myself to such abuse with incall agencies run like "sweat shops"
i'm not implying that this is the case with this particular agency (whom i've never even used). if anything i have to give props to the proprietress for responding to the allegations with such class and (apparent) genuine concern.

I dealt with this agency for the first time when Victoria was in Boston and I had a wonderful time (even though I don't speak Spanish and Victoria speaks a little bit of English). I agree with dogbone that she looks older than the agency states, but she is pretty and doesn't look very different from the pictures, and she does have a very fit and beautful body as described. So, to me, the look difference wasn't a big deal.
However, what impressed me was Gianna's friendly attitude. I have seen traveling ladies from different agencies before (they are all very friendly), but Gianna was the first (and only) one who contacted me after to say thank you and ask for my feedback. That is the reason why I went to see Gabriella, and again, I had a wonderful time.
As always, YMMV, but I guess I just got luck this time.

I don't normally use agencies because of situations as described above. Unkempt girls, back-to-back bookings, medication issues, bad attitudes, etc.
How many times do we have to hear about the rectification process and all the "good" intentions by owners and managers? Once events reach this stage for a client, it's time to cut your losses. For managers and owners, boards and backchanneling will always beat your best marketing efforts. Wise up.
