So I came across this article a friend posted on facebook. (see the posted link).
Clearly I have my own opinions on the matter, but I was just curious about what the guys here might think. Is there any truth to this article? Personally I feel like there has to be more to it than that. Sure I appreciate my femininity and take care of my body, but I know plenty of ladies who aren't trans that put in *way* more time and effort into their "femme upkeep". I guess I feel pretty lucky in that I actually don't need much to "pass", but I think that *all* women have to work to live up to feminine beauty standards today. In my experience there isn't such a huge difference between tgirls and GGs, at least in how I view them. Sure, tgirls may work harder to be feminine, but all don't (In fact, the super feminine, high gloss look is a bit of a turn off for me. I prefer a girl next door, natural look.), and sure some tgirls may understand men better, but all don't. I think that trying to make sweeping generalizations about why one person may like another is tricky. When I have really connected with a tgirl it is for all the same reasons I connect with a GG; I think she's beautiful, I enjoy her company, she makes me laugh, I make her laugh, I like the way she smells without perfume...there is a "spark" that is hard to describe. Why we are attracted to another individual is pretty subjective...
And sometimes you need a break from reality. It's nice to go get lost in a couple hours of playing with a tgirl.

Lumping men together is like putting all women or TS together. I personally think men are attracted to sexy, sensual women, regardless of GG or TS. However, my experience (limited, I admit) is most TS in the business do not fit into that category. Business like, cold, and fundamentally misleading is found more in the TS arena than GG who are escorts.
My preference is in TS's over GUYS. I'm very much attracted to women and wouldn't give them up, though I haven't been with a post-op so I could change my mind.
