Due to the risk of LE compromising TER accounts if someone is arrested and then using those accounts to book sessions and bust providers I suggest the following.  

Institute a new meeting request feature on the site similar to what P411 has. If a guy wants to use his TER ID as a reference for a provider she can request that he submit a meeting request through the site. This both verifies that he isn't lying and also serves to protect due to the other aspect of the suggestion.  

This meeting request feature should be monitored by a simple automated process that would flag the account and give it a temporary ban if the account is used to submit an unusually high number of meeting requests. It doesn't have to track or keep a record of any specifics of the requests themselves. Once an account has been flagged for this reason the providers who have been contacted with a meeting request should be notified of this suspicious activity by TER for their own protection and the account holder should be contacted to clear up what is happening.

This feature could provide some security to the providers, making it far less likely that a compromised TER handle could be used to set up a large number of providers if they insist on the use of this tool. It would be good for everyone involved.
