Good time to repeat the basic rules:

1)  Screen, investigate, review, and ask questions from other community members, and only deal with Professional ladies here or other locations where there is a level of investigation required to either post, or gain access to the sites.  NOT BP!!
2)  Don't say stupid things in an email, text, phone call, or in person until all the clothes are on the floor.
3)  If you should find yourself in the presence of law enforcement, SHUT YOUR MOUTH.
4)  You must honestly identify yourself and produce ID.
5)  Tell them you wish to exercise your 4th & 5th Amendment rights, and demand to have your attorney present when making statements to the police.
6)  Let them know that you refuse to grant any permission to allow searches of your property, your self, or your vehicle.
7)  SHUT YOUR STUPID MOUTH.    You are not going to talk your way out of handcuffs.

Be safe, and have fun.

If you are a provider or a hobbyist, you may want to exercise extreme caution in your business practices. The LE are working overtime with an agenda to effectively arrest any and all participants that engage in, assist, or conspire to any related act of prostitution. In The next 40 day's approximately, there will be a myriad of arrests and sting operations. I know this is not a popular post however, if it benefits even a few people, it was worth my time. Good info. Remember you must affirmatively invoke your right to silence and an attorney. And although law enforcement can compel you to give them your fingerprints and photo, and then use it to unlock your phone (via face-lock and biometric reader), law enforcement cannot compel you to reveal your passwords.

You are right. This summer Riley v. California, 134 S. Ct. 2473 (2014), requires law enforcement to obtain a search warrant prior to searching a cellphone (or a valid exception). But if they obtain a search warrant, they can't compel you to give up the password. However, if your cellphone uses "face lock" or "fingerprint unlock," they can compel you to give up your likeness and fingerprints. That's why I have both an encryption password to unlock the phone at startup, and screen lock password. Below is a link to a great article talking about just this, Virgina v. Baust.

All good advice here but does anyone have a reference to a lawyer that wouldn't mind having his/her number on my speed dial. I'm careful and adhere to the rules but you never know...

Thanks everyone..... Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

... in your real life. A logical and well written piece on how LE and trafficking NGOs use propaganda and fear mongering to justify funding of their causes. There is basically no evidence that the Super Bowl attracts an increase in sex trafficking but that doesn't stop LE from increased enforcement activities during this period. Stay safe out there and screen, screen, screen!
