I know several guys try to abstain from playin with themselves before seein a provider. Maybe so they'll have more juice comin out of ole willie. But you don't wanna abstain too long or you might ejaculate faster. Of course some may choose to abstain longer because you wanna do CIM and spray your load over her.
But I guess there's also wisdom in trying to HJ yourself a day before seeing a provider. The HJ is to practice how long you can stay hard and try to hold off ejaculation as long as you could. If you HJ yourself (maybe while watchin porn) and you can stay hard longer than 40 minutes, that's good. This strategy may also be good if you don't do CIM but unload your cum inside condom (so the provider does not really see how much juice you have - I know some guys like to spray like Pete Norton).
So guys, which is which, do you abstain or do you train your erection stamina before seeing a provider?

I would say it's best to abstain for a while.
At my age, a little older than most of you, things tend to work better when I don't work them to often.(wink)
That being said, I'm not sure about the "train your stamina" thing.
I have never been able to train it to do anything it doesn't want to do.
BTW, I'm in the process of resting up for a big one right now.

This may surprise some of the ladies but even at my younger age (mid 30s), I need to store up somewhat. I usually wait 2 days before I know I will see someone. That allows me enough time to really build up. The day before is usually fine too. However, never the day of.
For me, it is quality not quantity
