Best to be an ass then a PC sheeple living large on Burger king. This will be my last gig/gag on this thread, lol.

Please do not take offense to the title...

In a country where Size 12+ is considered "Plus Size" & in some industries even smaller are considered as such.  I, as a woman who *excuse my language*  fucking LOVES her body,  thought I would share!  Most of these things can be applied to a woman of any size.  It's about loving yourself, despite social stigmas.

I agree with all but #13, as there are just some things that are not flattering on certain sizes, but as we live in a diverse & FREE nation...  To each their own.  I'm not here to judge, only to admire ;)

1. Not everyone has rolls of flab while standing up.
2. When people say you are gorgeous it is said as to not hurt your feelings.
3. Arm flab IS disgusting.
4. The only thing stunning is how stunned one is at the sight of obesity.
5. Eric will be feeling the back pain from his injury for years to come. Eric could be a weight lifter or in top physical condition.
6. You owe it to yourself to exercise! It's not okay to add blubber as time progresses.
7. You should be in love with yourself! This one I agree with, but if you love yourself you would take better care of yourself. "Yourself" should not separate your physical body with your inner self.
8. True again. If you look in the mirror and are disgusted, do something about it!
9. No comment. I have never seen fat boobs in person, nor do I want to. Gravity is your own problem.
10.There are fetishes, chubby chasers included.
11. Depends on how you define hot guys. Most of them are probably fat too, but see # 10.
12. It is difficult to be crushed on a bed because of the cushion effect. Try it on a hard floor, but be careful.
13. This is the most repugnant of all. There is nothing more disgusting then fat girls wearing tight clothing which highlights the rolls of flab and cellulite. I want to barf now.
14. Envision yourself as thinner in that mirror and strive to reach that goal. You can do it!

The biggest key to losing weight is your diet! Eat right and eat less. No fast food! No Bon bons or potato chips. Star away from the weight watcher diets and such. They are fine until you stop.
Cleanse your body! Candida and colon cleanses need to be done at regular intervals.
Exercise, moderately at first, then graduate to a more strenuous regiment. Hire a personal trainer and tell them your goal and how much weight you want to get of. Make sure that your exercise program includes weight training. Muscle is a natural fat burner.

Unless you have serious medical problems, you don't have to be fat! Chose not to be. You will be healthier, happier and quite probably will live longer.

Its a better viewpoint than balljointnuts constructive criticism of the subject...

I just wanted to throw this out there:

EVERYONE is aware of the NEGATIVE stigmas/health concerns for people who are overweight.  So pointing out the obvious is kind of redundant.  Defeats the actual purpose of the article.  It is not a "Fat is Good" article.  It's written by a body image professional & was meant to give a different look at body issues from a more positive light.

The point of the article is that in order to make changes to be healthy, you HAVE to love yourself.  Its about the MENTAL aspect of being overweight.  The mental anguish inflicted on the overweight population is incredible.  If you think about it any changes we make to our lifestyles, is 90% mental & 10% physical (not actual statistics just meant to show the relationship between the two).  If you are stuck in a pattern of self loathing, which most overweight people are, learning to love who you are at your wost is the first step in that direction.  Who's going to want to do that though, with most of society saying you are disgusting?!?

Let me guess, you've never had this problem.  Wanting to not be fat but hating yourself so much you can't change.

Well I can't tell you either because I have NEVER felt this way & I have been 5'7 & a size 12+ my ENTIRE life.  I have always been on the taller/heavier side of average girls, even though I have spent most of my life playing organized sports & being somewhat healthy.  Guess what.  IM STILL A BIG GIRL.  The difference between me & most "fat girls" is I have ALWAYS owned my body.  I have always felt beautiful & sexy.  I never let it be an option for someone to tell me otherwise.  I was active & healthy, & refused to let anyone instill that kind of self loathing inside of me.  I am now several children heavier & a size 18/20, guess what, I STILL love my body!!  I have NEVER had a problem "finding" a man or even finding a HOT man.  You are wrong about that one.  I have fucked, dated, & loved some unbelievably gorgeous gentlemen in my personal life...  I am talking male model beautiful.

I know it may be hard for some to fathom, but the demand for big beautiful women is there... personally & professionally.  You call them chubby chasers, I call them lovers & friends ;)

Bravo!

I read this this morning and have been thinking about responding all day...although my general rule of thumb is "don't feed the trolls" and people who use aliases on here are generally trolls just here to stir up shit.

I too am an 18/20 and have been most of my adult life...got up to a 26/28 once, but dropped that, I wasn't happy there, so dropped back down, and I am absolutely in love with my body. It does all the things I need it to do, including yoga for an hour every day. My health is probably better than most adults my age, and I intend to keep it that way.

The best part about my body is it is curvy, soft and delicious. I have full, womanly hips, not the hips of a 10 year old boy and my double D's may not be firm and perky, but they are luscious, abundant and love to be adored.

I learned a long time ago that people should never go by looks alone and the ones that do are shallow and not worth my time. I have lived with and loved men that other women would kill to be with and I have found that I prefer men who have brains, a sense of humor....men who are interesting, not men who just look good. I don't need to fit into some narrow ideal that some man has about how women should look, looking like a prepubescent girl with huge, fake tits is not my idea of attractive, but to each their own. I have the most amazing men in my life, both personally and professionally, and if those men are with me because I am a fat chick? More power to them, I love every single one of them and they take pretty dam good care of me :)

;)

PS...if Kelly Shibari had been around when I was younger, I would be a porn star today :)

You end your post with "unless you have serious medical problems" and yet your whole post is full of fat shaming, regardless of whether there is a medical problem or not....there are lots of medical problems that can cause people to be overweight, includig stress (stress causes your body to go into protective mode, which means your body stores everything it can get to help protect you from the stress). Your demeaning comments about people who are overweight are the reason articles like the one Caramel get written...you have no clue who you might be affecting with your comments, and you are positive that all fat people can fix themselves, regardless of whatever may be the problem.

Become an adult, and get to know people as people before passing judgment on them.

I do not believe there are any medical conditions that cause dick-headedness, so...

;)

and yet these fine young skinny girls have no problems with me.

If you are happy being "large" then good for you. Why is it relevant to a fuck board? It seems you are so bored you need to find shit on the www to post here. I am happy about many things but I don't need to post it on a fuck board to get some attention.

BUT I will be laughing at this one all the way to the bank to deposit the money my "large" ass made ;)

I know my worth as a woman in the hobby & the value of the contributions I make to this "fuck" board, even if you don't...  that is all that matters.

Your fine young skinny girls can have you.  I'm good with that.

BTW that is at least twice now, at least that I have read, where you (for some reason) have to claim that there are ALL of these mystery women who just LOVE you.  I wonder where these admirers are when you show your ass & are called on your shit.   Bueller?  Bueller?  Bueller?

But for some, ignorance is bliss.

I'd be completely insane to try & argue with such mentality...
