and although the numerical score was low, he said mainly positive things about you and your score was in line with most of the rest of the ladies he has seen.

He just seems to be a rather hard grader IMO, nothing in the reviews seems harsh or vindictive.  Your other 7-6 review just seems to be a lack of chemistry and is almost a year old, not to mention he only has one other review of any other women in your area and that one was positive, so he would hardly qualify as someone with an agenda.

I don't really see what you have to complain about here. I can't believe that you can remember every thing you did back last summer or who exactly you saw. Are you really saying that you are positive you never saw this guy last year? I don't buy it

any hard facts that support your story such as you were away when the session supposedly happened or other pertinent facts.

TER will decide whether or not the review stands or not.  Whatever they decide, either go with it or be prepared to have all your reviews pulled down if you complain any further.

If enough gals complain about a certain reviewer, TER will get wise to the reviewer and ban them.

I think a big part of the problem is that TER awards reviews with free VIP status. I had a fake review, which was fortunately removed, but the guy seemed to write the exact same thing for all the girls he had "reviewed", kind of fishy if you ask me. I see the advantages of offering VIP status for writing reviews, (encourages reviews from those who may deem it too much work etc.), but I think the possibility of fake, misleading reviews outweighs the advantages. Its frustrating as a provider to have your image stained and judged by others based upon a completely imaginary date. I'm also sure it is also frustrating for hobbyists because they rely on reviews to be accurate in order to decide whom and whom not to see. Just my point of view....
