I can only give you a response from my experience but BP is a advertising medium and as any advertising it's all about attracting new business.  I happened to be browsing it and decided to put my toe into the water. Fortunately the provider put me through the ringer to verify me. Also newbies are not aware of sites like this or the other verification sites. Now that I have taken the full plunge and am verified on this and other sites I would never use BP without the provider being a member of one of the secure sites. Any member of this site should not be making contact only using BP but if they do and are not pre-grilled about verification buyer beware. I do see a number of providers have BP pages which I now view only to get additional information. Bottom line BP is an entry point for many of us but ladies keep up the verification process any hobbiest reading this on this site I probably am preaching to the choir. Let's get as many providers on this and other secure sites.

Not sure if I will get a huge response, but here goes.

With the climate in this area the way it is....why does anyone go to BP to look for someone?

I've never been on BP but that's just me.  How others operate their biz is their prerogative and it works very well for a lot of people.  I have always stayed away from it for my own reasons.

My question is geared more toward the guys...

Knowing that the Puritanical Purgers of Pleasure seem to be lurking in every corner of the site, why in the world do some of you go there to shop for something that can be found elsewhere w/ less chance of risk?

I'm not judging where you shop, what peaks my curiosity more is what draws a person to go there in the first place.  Is it kind of like "when you're hungry, you gotta get something to eat NOW" or is it more the thrill of seeing if you run the gauntlet?

I've always wondered about that choice and the reasons behind it.

Again, I want to reiterate that I do not condone nor condemn the site or who uses it.  But since is so riddled with IED's why does it seem that so many try to navigate through the mine fields?

Just curious......thanks in advance for any honest comments.

I simply didn't know any better. I'm new.  I saw a story about BP on 60 Minutes of all things. I was feeling somewhat desperate, and I took a risk.  Dumb, i know. It wasn't until I met my provider that I learned about this.  Even here, though, I do not feel completely safe.

I am originally a BP girl.  Spent most of the past year or so exclusively advertising there.  It definitely is a mixture of good & bad that tries to come your way but it's all about how a lady handles her business,  not necessarily the site on which she advertises.

Unfortunately in Arizona it is the main source of advertising for MANY ladies.  It is also the place most used by gents, new & seasoned.  I believe it's used by LE for that exact reason.  They have an a abundance of new girls & new hobbyists to target (as those are the ones who most easily make mistakes).

With times being what they are & the horizon looking hazey the education of the masses is important to our survival.  That's where the Ladies come in.  It is our job as honest providers to educate every gent we come into contact with the idea that "one gent saved is one less stolen from our community".

BP is full of untapped gems & fresh talent ready at a moment's notice...  For gents & little head thinking, it's almost like being attracted to shiny new things.

I was more than happy to show you the way...

Every lady has to start somewhere, and I have met some wonderful human beings there. Just takes some common sense. Talk....DON'T "text only". If sounds rude or stoned......goodbye. Not cautious about specifics or references..........goodbye. Out of state area code and no reviews anywhere..........don't even bother. Too young......ignore.  Some of AZ's best and brightest still advertise there. Tends to be more "real-time". Frankly, that feel good feeling after a BP level donation is very often as good or better than that felt after donating to a more "exclusive" charity. Just my two cents..............

I agree on the "real time". I use it mostly for a "hey guys! Yep I'm available today" sort of thing. I have a job job so not around all the time - makes an easy way for my friends to know I am free to play that day.

...as listed here on TER for Phoenix have a link to a BP ad on their profile.  BP has been/is/will be an advertising option for many quality providers in this area, so why would someone not browse the ads there?  Using TER and/or other verification sites to help separate the wheat from the chaff should always be a next step in the process.

For me BP is just an easy starting point.  In my experience, it's been a good source for finding new talent and established providers.  Being able to search on keywords helps to quickly narrow down to a general location like east or west valley, a town, body type, etc.  It's a nice feature.  If I find someone of interest, then I google the number and images, look for TER reviews, see if the person has posted ads elsewhere and if there are other reviews.  Doing your homework is important regardless of where you've discovered someone you'd like to meet.

Bottom line, it is how you use it as a tool.  Tineye and Google image are close friends of mine. I use that and I do cross check if they are on any major boards.  You can't advertise here daily, so I'm not sure what other venues established providers like yourself use.  Sure, I can use the search agent here and find you, but I would like to know other ad services providers use regularly.

BTW...some highly reviewed  providers use BP.

What? You think LEO doesn't patrol or post trap ads on preferred 411

Where is it safe? Maybe time to go to the mattress's (support your favorites)

However, it seems that we hear about BP the most.  Thinking logically, if I was on the other side of the fence and had to make my Chief Commander happy, I'd pick the boards that are easier to infiltrate.  Personally, I have believed that LE is on every board for several years now.  I left Ohio in 2012 and know for a fact that LE had infiltrated boards where members had a false sense of security.  When LE was discovered, they made it a point to contact numerous members which then caused a mass exodus.

I appreciate all of the response, especially reading how skillfully some of you have learned to navigate that medium and then educate others of alternatives so they have more choices for expansion if desired.

Mostly, I admire those of you who do go there.  I'm a big chicken shit and at this stage of the game, don't have any desire to stick my toe into any new ponds.  This area has intimidated me to the point that I am laying very low and almost hiding under my bed AND mattress's.  lol....

Maybe after the first of the year I'll consider putting my big girl panties on, make a few changes and run more ads.  I've never been inclined to do a lot of marketing.  I've got my five favorites, P411, TER, etc...  Out of those five, only two seem to get much attention in AZ.  In Florida and Ohio they all drew a decent amount of exposure except one which kind of just fell flat when they changed their platform.

To everyone who chimed in, you  didn't have to share your methods but it made for an interesting read.  Yay!!!

Danke schön...

What I am attracted to is a solid P411 reference, since the advertising is the most current and there is a slightly better level of security.

Once things calm down a bit, I'll think about trying new things.  Until then, "Stranger Danger" rules.
