Had the same thoughts....However, maybe not a great plan to leave NYC during a once in lifetime football event to come down to Philly....Alot of us are up in NY enjoying the women, media, parties, and a game. I'm sorry I missed her too.
From what I gathered, she left NYC because LE was very hot. I googled the relevant terms and found lots of stories about people getting busted. The larger issue here (which has been beaten to death on previous postings) is whether Philly has a valid reputation for no-shows. According to Vonnie, TER members no-showed and then called the next day to reschedule. And thus Vonnie blew up and has written Philly off her future tour list. I understand that last-minute shit comes up. That's why I typically book the day I want to visit so I don't have this problem. But if an appointment is made in advance, then a call that day to forewarn of a potential problem should take place if warranted. I know that the problems of cancellations from both ends will always exist. Just wish Philly didn't have this rep problem to go along with our rep for being boorish fans.
