The two biggest reasons are:
1. The provider requests not to be listed here. If they are not a rip-off we honor their request.
2. The provider was caught violating our review policies (review fraud)
On a very rare occasion providers are de-listed just for harassing the hell out of us.

Just seems to me they're two very different reasons... If she's reviewing herself she's a fraud and it would help to know. A lady who's not a rip-off but still working maybe worth seeing... just my opinion
