You live in Houston, which is basically Mexico so you have a lot of trannies in your town! I was lucky enough to spend a few weeks there, a few years ago and had a great time!
There are a lot of scammers on BP but there are also a lot of legit girls. Dog already mentioned VIP and searching the reviews, which is a must. If you want to use BP, look at the ads every day. The scammers usually change their pictures every so often since people get wise to them, the real girls don't. It isn't foolproof but it helps. It also doesn't tell you if they have good service or not. After about a month, you will know who is real and who is fake, at least among the locals.
I'll attach an ad from a girl I saw there and had fun with. Her name is Britney Boykins. (I have reviewed her under that name, and just contacted TER so they can update her info) She has a pretty edgy look, which I enjoy from time to time.
