I thought that like other sites that provide verification, I could search fro providers on LUX, but that does not appear to be the case - or I can't figure it out.  I suspect I have spent the money for nothing.  Hopefully, I can cancel.

I haven't really posted in a while and I'm not sure if we've been over this. I downloaded the app in November but deleted it because I never had anyone ask to be verified through this service.

For some reason I can't figure out how to search for info about this through ter. I've only skimmed this site again briefly for a search engine, but I could have sworn that I've done keyword searches in the past. Am I mistaken? God, it seems like it been forever since I've browsed here. If anyone can help on these two topics, please don't hesitate.

I dunno who is behind this app, but they are obviously not providers and do not have our safety as their priority.  I would guess that hobbyists, entrepreneurs, or TER themselves are behind the app, and I do not trust any of those sources to control a screening network.  Just the fact that they've pursued an endless spamming campaign as their "marketing strategy" should be a red flag enough for all of us.

On virtually every provider only forum in the country, there is an endless stream of comments about how none of us trust this app or desire to use it.  I'm sure some folks have downloaded the app given the intensity of LV's marketing campaign, but I wouldn't trust it or use it, honestly.  We have other networks for screening that work perfectly well.

Please check all of the Provider Only forums that you belong to for more detailed commentary about this app.

Apple will also definitely delete the app once they realize what it is for.  They do not allow any adult industry related apps and the app is pretending to be a date-screening app, but also advertising openly on TER.  Apple will eventually realize this and delete the app from their networks.

My read:  someone's poor attempt to make a lot of money off this industry who doesn't really understand how this industry works or what we value as providers.  Hence the intense spamming campaign as a marketing strategy on their part, which almost none of us appreciate.  They are spending a lot of money and sending a lot of SPAM emails as advertising and trying to create the impression that the App is already being used.  It's not.  Just a fluffy marketing campaign.

They want too much information for my liking and I would not use it for that reason only.

You have given even more reason with your post.

Thank you Zoey.
