There are safe places to work in all areas.  There are a lot of ladies who tour and land in DC, but certainly plenty in all areas.  Mostly use common sense, make friends with some of the regular ladies out there you can use to check referrals and probably most important, meet some guys who are impressed with you and get some very positive reviews.

Having some good reviews will go a long way to establishing yourself and finding good clientel.  There are some very successful ladies on here who would probably be glad to help you learn the best methods to screen the men, both for safety and obviously for LE.

Make sure you get a web presense and have decent photos done with or without your face, they're still very important in attracting clients.  Cityvibe and Eros provides very basic services but there are lots of better, more personalized methods to pursue.

And lastly, I think you need to meet me for an indepth study of all your qualities and attributes

I think a good bet for a location is between DC and Baltimore. That way you can attract clientelle from a wide area. There were two agencies that worked out of the same apartment complex for quite a while in Colombia, MD. One (the girls next door)moved to Laurel and the other, Daydreams, closed down before opening at a new location. If these groups can operate with traffic coming in and out to meet with multiple girls, then a single provider operating discreetly should be fine. I think Laurel might be a god choice. Has its nice and not so nice apartments, so look around.

I think Joe gave some good advice. Provide a great service, hopefully a gfe, and you will soon get good reviews. Before you know it you will have all the work that you want. You are off to a good start, using this board.
