Yea, go to Rio. They are everywhere; the best looking girls are at termas.
you don't have to locate them they will find you I promise. You can take your chances and I do mean take your chnces at a place called Help Disco. Lots of independants and dancers who just got off work go there. It's out of control. Or you can go to the "spas" (brazilian brothel) They are very easy to find just ask any cab driver adn they will take you there. The top of the line spa in Rio is over in Ipanema, it's called Centaurus . there are lots of smaller ones in Copacabana . The best as far as quality of girls, large selection to choose from and affordability is a place in a mall in Copacabana called L'uomo
Centaurus will run you almost 300/hr, but I find the girls to be too professional and cold. L'uomo girls on the whole are willing to play and a lot warmer. Wherever you go , only carry the amount you plan to spend and leave all other valuables in your hotel safe. Muggers in Rio target the streets around the spas for victims. Plus the girls will try and upsell the hell out of you if they know you're carrying major cash.
All of my suggestions are specific to Rio, I have been to Sao Paolo but only on business.

Need to correct a couple of errors in the above post. First, the rate at Centaurus is 290 rials for the first girl, which includes the entrance fee. The second girl is 200 rials. A rial in April was 2.85 to 1 dollar, so the first girl costs slightly more than 100 US dollars. Second, L'uomo has raised their rates to just slightly below Centaurus.
Centaurus has so many beautiful women that the higher price is almost irrelevant. The best bargain in Rio termas is Quatro x Quatro, many gorgeous women for only 130 rials for 40 minutes.
