I believe I worked for agencies, in the past, that had forms for clients that they filled out.  We had to have our pics taken and had to be licensed through the agency, too.  I don't recall it being any issue being as though guys always lied about their names, anyway. I believe I was licensed through two agencies.  I think I had even picked up licensing paperwork at Scottsdale Civic Center many years ago.  I'm just wondering why people seemed more receptive to playing closer to the rules back then.

Have any of the ladies on here contemplated getting city escort licenses?  I see a few major issues, offhand.  For one, if you are a well reviewed lady, you would have problems with always being set up because of what is alleged in reviews.  You would almost have to start out as someone completely new (masking your old looks as the previous companion). How much of a deterrent would this be for the guys out there and why?  Also, if you were an escort who got busted and let go because you were only charged with no license, would you still leave your adds up with no license numbers (hell no I wouldn't and would be suspicious of anyone who did).

When I first started in this business I was in Wichita and worked for an agency. Alot of the girls had a license so I went and got one and it was fairly easy. Go to the doctor for a test, take a passport photo, go to the City and pay $100 for the year. It came in the mail a week later. The con/I always wondered if I got pulled over for a traffic violation would my name start flashing "escort, escort, escort", and therefore if I was leaving a motel could I get in trouble. But it never happened and thankfully Wichita is a city that never really concerned themselves with this business. Now here on the other hand, could it be possible that when you walk into get the license you could be arrested. Who knows. But it's a scary thought.

I think we should enact a law for a hobbyist license.  For example, sort of like medical marijuana, if a doctor determines that we need enhanced services to help us medically or emotionally, then we can poon with immunity from arrest just like marijuana users can smoke with immunity.

All ads have to have escort license number on them.  I haven't seen any yet that comply.

There was an ad on backpage with a pictures of a adult entertainment license.  But it was a stripper license not for an escort.  Escort licenses only good for 1-year, hers expired in 2017 and again was a stripper advertising as an escort.

So, everyone shd post add as a stripper.

If she advertises "threading" of one eyebrow hair, and charges $300-400, then that should be ok.  State board of cosmetology made "threading" exempt from licensing requirements.

If she applies any bit of make up as part of a sales pitch for selling product, then that's ok as well....

No licensing required.  Threading and make up sales.  Maybe they could do something about the steamer trunks masquerading as "bags" under my eyes these days.
