But I'm not going to post details about this case until after the pre-trail hearing which can be anytime between mid December-April. The who, how, where, and why will be answered in due time and in a place where it maters most - a court of law.
It's not that I'm giving this guy the "benefit of the doubt", hardly, I don't want to give him any opportunity to escape justice (IE set free because of a BS technicality). He'll have his day in court (as will I). My name was included on a list of witnesses in his arrest warrant and it highly likely that I will have to return to Nevada and testify.
My first post was FYI. I thought it would be of public interest that progress was being made in the case. I will keep everyone posted with more details when they are made public.
Once again I want to thank all those who have cooperated with homicide detectives - especially the guys. You guys gave no regard to exposure (public or criminal). You were more concerned in helping LV Metro solve this case and you gave them your 100% cooperation.
Another personal note, when I learned that this guy was caught and was heading back to face justice in Nevada, I practically cried my eyes out. All this on Thanksgiving Eve, it is truly something that I am thankful for. As for Christmas, I don't give a rats ass if Santa doesn't bring me a Red Ryder BB Gun. Ya know, the one with the built in compass in the stock?
