I don't know if they are still on the market, but if your doc suggests Cavaject, either make sure you get a supply of needles or run away.  It comes with a vial of the prescription to which you add water or saline solution and a needle that could fire double-ought buckshot. injection therapy

I just began using injection therapy with great results.  My prescription comes pre-mixed in a vial kep in the referigaretor.  The needles are slender and I barely feel a thing when I inject, it's easy.  You have great control over the effects by varying the dosage and if you want you can be rock hard for an hour or more.  My doc tells me this always works so I would say to go for it!
