It is.  I believe the actually IP is somewhere in Russia so good luck with that.  Also they are using the go daddy servers and domain so that would be the only way to even possibly stop them.  But since most men don't wanna go through all that (for obvious reasons).  They pay the cash.  That's why it is always good to have a "burner phone" so shit like this doesn't happen.

Had my number flagged by this site "escortcallers.com" They want cash or for you to take some test to remove your number and any text/calls from their site.  I believe they are based out of Phoenix.  A landline number I found is 4806242599.  Be careful out here as their are many stings and other groups trying to catch regular guys and providers for show.

It sounds to me as though they could be prosecuted for harassment or extortion for this.  I'm assuming it's just a scam and an effort to frighten you, but if it continues, perhaps it would be wise to report them to the authorities.  They can't have you give them money without giving SOME sort of identifying information, and I feel sure that if the authorities wanted to, they could find out who these folks are.

Just my two cents.

After reading this I was curious...I always use P411 to book. I will not send my P411 user ID over text or E mail. If I see the provider has not signed into P411 for a while, I will send an Email to her asking to view my profile and contacts there.  

I do this as a way to get the screening out of the way without filling out information on the providers web pages, or thru E mails. Would my info be more secure on P411 than just filling out forms on the providers Web pages?

Some people feel P411 has been infiltrated by LE, but even if that were true, if you are careful about what information you divulge about yourself, then you should be okay.  P411 is becoming one of the only viable/profitable means of advertising right now.  Eros sucks.. as well as many of the other sites.  Furthermore, I've never heard of anyone's info being taken off there and used for extortion.

then there will always be risk.  If you want to go to a website like BackPage, a multi-purpose use site that anyone can have easy access to, it is going to be risky in my opinion.  Any content in any website is going to be cached someplace.  Unless you want to use smoke signals as a way to contact people there isn't much of an alternative.

I'd never suggest that anyone book an appointment on the same day or last minute.  Cops aren't going to sit around and book an appointment a week in advance so they can bust ONE person.  Unless you happen to be a high profile individual like Old Sheriff Joe or maybe a Jan Brewer challenger moonlighting as a provider, LE isn't going to coordinate a sting for one guy or gal.  They typically want to collar a slew of peeps in one fell swoop.  

If you don't fall into the “I gotta have it now” category, you can do your homework, a little back channeling and find out if the person you are thinking about meeting with is safe and solid.

Personally I am sick and tired of the ridiculousness and fervor of the blatant-low-hanging-fruit-revenue- seeking-pigs that the Arizona legislature (more like self-appointed crusaders) is trying to disguise as an attempt to stop 'child sex trafficking', 'forced prostitution' or some other God damn ridiculous, sensational and rest assured morally shocking headline.  Social legislative causes are always profitable revenue generating sources.  And that is exactly what this state is trying to drum up.  It's a whoremongering bureaucratic fleecing, plain and simple.  

The band of zealots that joined forces and got the harshest prostitution laws in the country passed this year must be comprised of a bunch of twats as dry as the desert we live in and cuckolds that still believe they will go blind if they beat off.  Guh!!!!  

All I have to say about all this b.s. is that they can kiss my phat ass!  If I want to spend time w/ someone, I'm going to do it.  Count on the fact that I am going to know that I am spending time w/ a person who recognizes the need for MUTUAL safety and if you are not able to reciprocate from the same level then I don't want to spend time with you to begin with, regardless of the chosen activity, from golf to gang bang, I'm gonna know I'm safe.

As far as all of the nitwits out there who want to capitalize on the moral panic and instill unnecessary paranoia, fuck em!!!!  Think about it.  Are you truly THAT important that an entire task force is going to go after you?  If you are not an idiot, if you get verified, have some solid references, have reviews, have vouches, can meet each other half way from a safety level, do your homework, you will be safe.

Don't deal w/ young and dumb, stupid people or play in risky areas.  Dot your I's, cross your T's and be logical.  If you follow guidelines similar to these you won't get caught up in this mayhem.

Jeezus, I haven't gone off on a rant like this in ages.  But this state is "Whack against the Crack" and I am not talking about drugs!!!  Thank God I have other resources to fall back on.  Otherwise I would probably be living under a viaduct by now the way things are and being new to this region.  EOR (end of rant)

When whois says that, the owner of the domain paid extra to to godaddy for a private registration, which hides their true identity on the whois search.  When you register a domain name that way with godaddy, whois will say the domain is owned by "Domains By Proxy" instead.  That proxy company is affiliated with godaddy, both of whom are located in Scottsdale Arizona.  Basically you are paying this Domains by Proxy company to be your ownership contact for you on the whois search.  This is one of the ways godaddy found to skirt the rules of the internet, and make a few extra bucks for themselves in the process.  

The real owner of that domain is somebody else.  Since they are hiding their identity by doing a private registration, you can't determine who they really are by looking at the whois info.
