If you read the review of Bianca from Tampa, it says the pictures are old, so keep that in mind when you compare pictures.  I think the pictures of Bianca are fake.

The description matches, but the new pictures of Julianna and Patricia are probably the accurate ones and not the picture of Bianca on international companion's website.  It's funny the picture is titled Heidi.

I think Heidi/Bianca is not even the real Julianna/Patricia.  Regardless, the single review is not good.  

I may be totall off base.
