I'm kind of new to the game and didn't have good references at the time.

I appreciate all the reply's and will check out the newbie section before I post any more questions.

Hi everyone.  First post ever.

So, almost every provider asks me "Are you associated with LE?" in one form or another.

Does this really provide them any additional protection?  I had heard LE is really not under any obligation to be truthful.  Be great if LE was obligated to confess though.

If LE can lie, should I tell the provider they have are mistaken?  I love these ladies.

I would not start a conversation about the legitimacy of the question over the phone with a provider. Simply say you're not a cop. Btw no well reviewed escort has ever asked me that question. I did get asked that question years ago when I was a newb and used backpage as a source to finding escorts.  While I still see BP providers today I try to do some research on them to see if they have reviews and haven't been asked that question in a long time

You need to know that LE job is to arrest escorts and clients, however, it's the district attorney who prosecutes you.  Do some research on some of the previous arrests by MCS and you'll see case that were eventually thrown out of court. However, individuals still had to spend thousands defending themselves and be in the public eye.

Have you looked at the FAQ for Newbies board? It's got a lot of good info for guys just starting out. It's on the general boards drop down.

In the state of AZ the only entrapment law is if they somehow convince you to do something you would not normally do. LE checks are garbage. You went there planning to grab her boobie or what ever LE check she wants. She didn't convince you to do it. Works both ways a client wants you to grab his package. You were already planning to do that. They didn't somehow convince you to do something you would not already have done. Perfect example...a few years back MCSO officer went to local Rub and Tugs and got tugged. Then they went back and made arrests after the fact. Do your research. Find proven Hookers(oh oh I'm so sorry "Providers" because what word you use makes them feel so much better or worse about themselves). Then enjoy your research.

No.

if you are asked a question give an honest answer unless it is about private information you do not want her to have.

what you are proposing is very close to telling another person what they should or should not be doing--not a great way to start a meeting with some one.

Just wondering why guys would put themselves at risk by seeing ladies who don't screen, who use this LE check u spoke of, and who use text only. Anyone can be on the other end of that text. Why take such a huge risk when they are so many wonderful, safe ladies here in Phoenix. Perhaps need to start using the big head?!

They are trained to lie.  Anything you say to LE is recorded, and will be used against you.  No matter where you are:  Talking in a traffic stop.  In the back seat of a porkmobile.  Sitting in a PD station lobby.  Sitting in a holding cell.  You are under 100% surveillance and being recorded.

Your answers should be respectful when dealing with LE, but you are required to identify yourself truthfully. After that, don't say a damn thing.  Am I being detained? Yes or No.  If yes, am I under arrest?  Then every answer should have something to the effect of "I respectfully decline to answer your question without the presence of my attorney".  No matter what.  Field sobriety check?  " I decline without the presence of an attorney".  You have Constitutional rights under the 4th and 5th Amendments.  Use them.

My suggestion is to join up P411 and Date Check.  Yes it is a financial commitment, but peace of mind for you and the ladies out there.
