I don't think the law says you are not allowed to use it outside your own home, so I would not have a problem allowing a client to use their properly prescribed weed in my home. I would prefer that over alcohol (no whiskey dick and no potential for an accident as they are leaving) and the client would have to be comfortable showing me his card.

Having said that, with some of the stuff I like to get up to, I don't allow substance use at all in a session (unless I am with a long-term, personal play partner) becuse I think the impairment takes away the ability to consent to things, and I am all about consent, even when it is nonconsensual :D

Just wondering thoughts on this subject. I have gotten my drink on before with ladies.   With the tight LE scene here, would you go to a session with a provider carrying herb, let alone do a doobie with someone you don't know? Potential prostitution and controlled substance bust is several zipcodes away from being worth it IMO.

I have smoked with several but it is always at my place. As I always tell them good sex and weed are my 2 vices!

What is the big deal if, after you have satisfied yourself that your new friend isn't LE, you share your private stash with her

...so it would be nice to run across a Provider who could share with me. I've often wondered if, when I see this on BP ads, the lady means she has her own or if she wants you to bring yours. Of course, I would never walk into potential trouble by seeing an unreviewed BP lady and who puts this in her ad but it would be nice to get a buzz before or after a session.
Good post! Whenever I bring up the '420' subject on my home board TER refuses to post it. Maybe I should put quotation marks around it like you did so the bots don't automatically filter it.

From what I hear, one of the ads in the latest sting in Glendale used the term "420 friendly", and the supposed age was 28 yrs old.
Let's add a narcotics charge on top of human trafficking.   Can you traffic a 28 yr old citizen, or is that the Mann Act?

Short answer is "no".

L/E loves putting in 420 friendly in their sting ads.  The dope who falls for it thinks, "she loves 420- no way can she be a cop!"

LOL

If it says 420 friendly chances are good it's a sting.
