my guess is that it is probably related to nervousness. While meeting a new lady for the first time is wonderfully exciting, it is often coated with a layer of nervousness about being intimate with someone new and unknown to you. My suggestion here is to have a glass of wine or other beverage together, spend some time chatting and getting to know each other a little bit at the start of the session and to remember that you are dealing with a woman who is a professional and who knows her way around intimate matters pretty well. She is there to please you, not the other way around. Kick back and let her work her magic!
If you let her know that you might be feeling a little nervous at a first meeting, most of these gals have heard and dealt with that before (it is quite common I would imagine) - you would be surprised how skillfull these gals can be at working through that.

I'm new to this incall service idea and I wanted to try it out since it would seem like an ideal place to relax and stress-free. But for some reason, everytime we're about to get it on.... hard goes to soft, is it because I'm nervous or something? no confidence? Errrr.... any suggestions. I'm the type of guy that just wants to make everyone happy.. in general. I look as life as one big volunteer service to help outs. I also take others expression seriously. Is it that I don't want screw up?

wanna bet these woman do not deal with this issue all the time? I have simular problems and I've found if you just TALK to the provider and tell her what is at issue, she can deal with it very well. It is her job...and she will do it very well if you LET her work. Odds are, she will enjoy it...as they usually do enjoy their work.
Above all....I really enjoy talking to the provider, and getting over the gut-in knots- problem. I've found that the woman seem to enjoy it as well...as they are treatd like human beings, and not just jumped on and let go.
Talk to the girl...let her know what is going on...and she will help you to relax...it is her doing her job. Above all...treat her with respect. Be tender, gentle, (like you would with any woman) and I think you will find that your effort is rewarded.
Wanna get really great service.....after all is said and done....tell her "thank you" and see what happens next......
