This originated in Phoenix board.  
The idea is that there are a growing number of "dating only" women, since in AZ, it's legal to be asking for a Sugar Daddy to avoid being labeled a provider.  Talk about the personality, are the photos accurate, etc. but no mention of money.  
Yes, it's a "nudge nudge wink wink" kind of thing, but it could help to expand the population of reviewed ladies and help get around some technicalities.
