I don't understand how the ranking is done.. There is a provider Iknow, with over 200 reviews. who has an average Rating of 9.02 (Looks 8.84 / Performance 9.2).
She works in NY and New England.. and yet she is not ranked anywhere on the NY Board..and there is no ranking for the New England Board. New England Providers are not included in the Boston rankings either for some reason..Just seems way out of whack and doesn't really seem to be consistent at all.. and therefore my question..

She elected not to be ranked in the Top 100 list. Providers have a choice to opt out and some have chosen to do so for privacy reasons.

If she doesn't have an active website or link in her profile for a certain amount of time, eventually she will be removed from the Top 100. Same with reviews, I believe if you don't receive reviews in a while one can be dropped.

What is the primary city in her profile? If it is a different city, she might be eligible to be listed in that city's Top 100 but not NY or Boston.

If she has been busted for submitting fake reviews or stuff like that, she might have lost the Top 100 privilege.

She hasn't been busted for false reviews.. website is active.. Her primary city is New England.. other city serviced is NYC.. so that may be it.. for some very odd reason, there is no ranking for New England providers, but there is a ranking for Boston, even though certainly Boston is in New England.. sometimes a review of a Boston Provider shows up on New Reviews  for New England but not vice versa probably because New England is not the second city serviced...
This provider was ranked #2 in Boston.. but then changed her city to New England.. and completely fell off the rankings solely because of changing her city to a more practical location.. THat happened over night.. Given that the 2nd city is NYC, I keep expecting her to show up there, but I suspect that the ranking only applies to primary city.. very inconsistent..

as in, I think we have to receive a new review at least once every 6 months to stay on the lists.  This is a relatively new rule, designed, I believe, to stop providers from getting 20 excellent reviews then promptly implementing a 'no review policy' so that they can't get any low scores to hurt their rating.

If I'm wrong, I'd love for admin to correct me, but I don't think I am.

She has reviews within the last 6 months.. was rated #2 in a region.. then corrected her area to some place a lot more descriptive (Boston to New England &  NY) and then she dissappeared from any rating board.. makes zero sense is all.. and it's not that big a deal.. I guess, but just a question I wonder about late at night before I fall asleep.

Sorry.. I started out with a general question..
The Provider is Cameo Knightly

Ok just how does TER decide who gets in the top 100?

...her performance scores are averaged. Those resulting averages are averaged and that determines her spot on the top 100. Look at the providers profile. See her ratings under her name. Compare those to the ratings by her name on the Top 100 list.  A minimum of 20 reviews is required to be on list.
