Given the valid health concerns that you raise about such large breast implants, you have to wonder about about the ethics of the plastic surgeon who performed the operation.

And to paraphrase an old saying about male anatomy- "it's not the size of the wand that pulls the rabbit out of the hat, it's the magic of the performer behind it." And there are many ways to be beautiful and desirable, just as there are many ways to be "magical".
I agree Rick beauty is in the eye of the beholder but from a womens POV All I can think of is the huge handicap that she has volunteeringly taken on in order to appeal to certain beholders. Would you walk around with a 20lb dumbell between your legs if it would make you some money? Keep in mind you have to wear it all the time and you are not a big person. You will have to have all of your clothes tailored to fit your obvious obstruction and everyone will be staring at you wondering "what the hell were they thinking" You will be subjected to all sorts of ridicule and disrespect becaue thats how people for the most part are and you could suffer ill health on top of it all.
It just seems like a ridiculous sacrifice to make inorder to fulfill some weird niche in the market. I guess everyone has their thing but breasts the size and weight of a watermelon is a major thing.
