I think some of the providers, you have seen in the past are still around in the hobby. So just contact them and see if you can set up a current date with them, to get your reviews current.

I've been away from the hobby for a few years. The lovely ladies I spent time with mostly have retired or are in a different city, as I am retired now and do not travel that much anymore. Anyway, I have some white pages posts, confirming my behavior as gentleman. But, that was a few years back. Anyway, all my fine ladies I spent time with or at least most of them are no longer, advertising on TER - most but not all. Anyway, my references are dated; but still on TER via white page. Point being, I have few current references, because I have been out of the hobby since 2011. Any suggestions for someone like me who has no current references?

P411 is useless for guys who are retired, self-employed, or work in environments where calls from anonymous people seeking information would raise issues.
The P411 website gives no indication on how they would verify someone who didn't work fulltime at a big company/institution, but makes it clear that if they can't verify you, you are out the $129 fee, tough luck.
I'm happy to see girls taking steps to protect their safety, but a lot of girls seem to place enormous reliance on P411, and I'm sure its of some use, but since P411 claims to keep no verification data, I'm not clear how P411 can really give 99% assurance that someone with a given handle is risk-free.
I appreciate your comment. Because previously active in the hobby, I was still working in my career and I have since retired. I am not working and I doubt I'll ever work for an employer again.
If you call and talk to Gina she will work with you to get you verified. I'm self employed and was unverifiable through the P411 application page, one phone conversation with Gina and a couple emails later I was good to go. Once you get a couple OKs you the doors open right up for you.
self emplyed and have been for many years and it was not a problem. You need to get the correct information instead of making uninformed useless statements. Gina (P411) was very professional on how she contacted me to verify. She does NOT keep any of your personal records on file after verification.
Sorry, but the fee is a very inexpensive cost for the peace of mind you and the providers get. I have had more successful stress free "dates" using P411 than trying to do it on my own. This is a Pay 4 Play hobby, so if you cannot afford to pay then don't play.

Actually there are one or two ladies locally that are still in the hobby. It's just been so long........
But, yes I can contact one or two of them, that are still active locally, even after five years or so.
3 out of the 8 you reviewed have active ads (within the last month) running. Shouldn't be too hard to get them to give you a refer.
P411? I've never used it - been self employed for years - and it hasn't been an issue.

It's been a few years since I signed up and I don't remember the process, but I can tell you it was no big deal. I signed up when I was new to the hobby and was very concerned that I would have trouble signing up, but in reality I was surprised at how easy it actually was.
