I have come to make my decision with an emphasis on positive reviews from TER clients. And this means several positive reviews. I am aware that some folks post false reviews. Furthermore, and it is most unfortunate too, there are too many fake ads and pictures and undelivered advertised "services" to take much chance on a non-reviewed provider. Its true that its not her fault. Eventually, if she is honest and provides a positive experience, she will get reviewed. Of all those with positive reviews, then clearly, looks (which is an extremely personal proclivity!) and donation are prioritized. I don't read too much into what an ad contains unless it is a highly reviewed provider. Then, the details of services available become important. So, ultimately, hair color, smile, age, height, breast size, and body type are less important to me. BTW: IMO, hair color preference probably depends on the wearer's skin tone, body/face type, etc.
What if she sees people but the men don't write reviews about her?
So she misses out on meeting great men and men miss out on meeting a great provider?
Jayme I think a great way is to go to meet and greets so the guys can meet you get to know you some and then maybe follow up with an appointment. the last 3 new ladies I have seen we met at a party.

I don't about reviews. I like them but then nervous.I heard le using reviews against you.
I have a new review but before that I haven't had one since july.I have seen people however its people who don't write reviews

I just like to meet people and have fun in life ...life is to short to stress....
I think some providers stress put to much about reviews and brings down her real personality or the session.
All that other stuff is too business like lets all just enjoy life and each other lol

I wouldn't even consider seeing somebody without reviews. So she misses out and I might possibly miss out ..... so what? There are too many other choices of fantstic women with current reviews to consider somebody with no reviews.
I understand where missjayme is coming from with her comments. If a provider has a lot of bad reviews, I will not see her for a date.
It took me a while to write a review and now I see why it is important for a provider and hobbyist. So more will be coming in the future on my end.
Also the service is important to me and chemistry. We all know why we hobby, but if the lady has a bad attitude and the chemistry sucks. Then I don' t care how she looks, it will be a waste of time!!!

But if someone like me likes what she does , the passion and heat should be there....
I agree with the passion and heat part missjayme, but again chemistry is the key.
We are all different, so passion can mean different levels to different people. So that is why the chemistry part, opens up all the other things.
Okay let's be honest here, if you are not feeling a person even in this hobby. The date will be forgotten on both sides, but if you click and build some chemistry. Then you will not be worried about reviews.
Some providers are smart, even in the screening process to get a idea of what a hobbyist is like before they meet. Just like hobbyist do in reading your website and reviews, but again as you know already each date can be different for each person.
The hobbyist might be a little nervous or trying to figure out in person, what a provider is really like on a private date when meeting for the first time. Then the provider may not want to do some activities with certain hobbyist, that they did with others.
So this is why chemistry works, even in this hobby.

Encourage reviews, offer a discount to someone that reviews you and then comes back...
IMHO, don't sweat LEO, there are 10,000 reviews on this local site, why would they single out you...Reviews are critical to the selection making process...
I think the fact you have a lot of "don't knows" would hurt you when being looked at..
So if a provider doesn't have reviews she can't make it in az

views are important, but there are people out there who falsely accuse others of writing fake reviews. You know saying the reviews are lies. Really what kind of scum bag does that.There really is no way of knowing unless of course the lady says something then TER of course would pull the review. I guess those who make the accusations are really angry people filled with hatred
I'm fairly new to the hobby and still really cautious on who I see. So for me, well reviewed is the number one thing. I also usually pay attention to the reviewers to make sure that they've reviewed other providers. So it's not just that you're reviewed, but reviewed by reputable reviewers. I know it's limiting my potential pool, but at this point I'd rather be cautious. Once I have more time in the hobby I'll probably relax a bit.
After that it's really the provider's donations and pictures. For the rates I'm looking for a sweet spot range. I can only go so high with my budget and I try to avoid the basement pricing to try to ensure a certain level of quality with location and stuff like that. For the pictures, there's got to be a bit of a physical attraction there. I'm not looking for anything other then seeing it and thinking she's cute. It also gives me an idea if she's got anything that's a big turnoff for me. Like I'm not a fan of huge fake breasts or a lot of tattoos. It's just not my thing so I move on if I run into it.
That's about it. Stuff like age and hair color don't really matter to me. There's probably been a 22 or 23 year difference between my oldest and youngest. And my two favorite ladies are 4 and 5 years older then I am. So I'm open there. And on hair color, I've seen a blonde, a brunette, a redhead, and even a purple dye. You can be cute with any color. Although I do have a thing for redheads. A hot redhead really gets my attention.

It's nothing wrong with the way, you do your research and pick a provider. So a lot of what you said is a smart way of doing it and knowing what you can spend is a part of that too. We always don't have to spend a lot of money all the time, to have a great date.
The key is to click and have a good time, no matter how much the date is for both sides.
I agree that price doesn't equal having a good time or not. You can have a high price provider that you don't click with just as easily as with a lower priced one. There's actually a couple of providers that are lower price side of things that I'd like to see because they're great and a lot of fun by all accounts.
From what I've seen so far, it seems like a big reason of say $200 vs $350 is the quality of the incall. Having a nice place in a decent area is a factor to me. A condo in Ahwatukee gives me comfort level over a budget motel at 27th Ave and McDowell. I drive a nice sports car, so I know I stand out at lot more at the latter to both LE and other undesirables. I'd rather not attract extra attention for either of us.

Pictures are a must and go a long way. I also must find her attractive, so I don't care how hot the body is, if the face is not viewable she is not an option. Age, weight, and height figure in also. The pictures on your site for example, 2 of them are to small for the site and thus are very pixelated and you are not smiling in some of them. You want to come off like you enjoy doing this. Even in the pics. Once I have decided she is a contender based on looks then I look at the reviews and see what services she provides as well as what people have to say about her. Reviews are important but even if you have only 1 or 2 if they are good that is fine as far as I am concerned. Certain services are a must such as BBBJ.
Looks are my first criteria. I have eclectic tastes, but I know what I like and what I don't. I'm a sucker for a great smile and sparkling eyes, but I respect that many ladies don't want to show their face, so it's not a dealbreaker. In that case reviews become more important for the "Looks" rating.
If I like the looks I check for reviews. No review, no visit. One of my ATFs was a TOFTT, but money and time are tighter these days and I'm just not as adventuresome as I once was. All reviews are taken with a grain of salt, but I make a judgement on number of reviews or by judging the reviewers if there is only a few. BBBJ and DATY are my primary recreational activities, so if one or both are not specified options I'm more likely to pass. I know I'm missing out on some wonderful opportunities, but when is that not true? Right now I'm more careful in my choices, with a preference for one or two regulars.
As for hair color I generally prefer red or black hair and dislike blonde, but it is very much a case by case basis. Long healthy hair is definitely a turn on.
Age means nothing to me. It's all about attraction. Once we do meet the chemistry is everything and what keeps me coming back. I am truly looking for companionship, not just a sexual aid.

Personally, do the selective search then read the revues and make a choice. Prefer not to look at pics before meeting. For me, it' a turnon to meet at a public place before going BCD.
When selecting, I look for providers with:
* several reviews, with the majority positive (6+ ratings)
* I prefer blondes, but like variety too
* Ads must have pics. Love to see a nice smile...
* Very occasionally will choose a provider without reviews.
When I started, I didn't know TER existed. I was lucky; didn't have any problems with LE or the girls
I cant always get VIP qual,,so I depend on a reasonably good non VIP reviews..

First I take a general scan of her TER profile tl see if she's my preferred age, body type, price range, etc. I do use TER search filters to pre-screen my selections.
Then she must be "my type". There's certain body types I find attractive and some I don't. So her pics are all important. And she must show her face in the pics. Hair color does not matter at all.
Next I look more closely at her list of services. If there's no kissing, I'm not interested. I do prefer a complete list of services including grk though it's rarely found.
Then I read her reviews. Sometimes I discover that her posted list of services are not accurate. Sometimes I discover that every guy who visits her raves about how wonderful she is. Reviews matter to me. Unless I am familiar with the reviewers, I will also check out some of the reviewers other reviews to see if they are credible or not. Understanding reviews takes some finesse. Sometimes I will PM a reviewer to ask if the girl's posted rate was all inclusive or if there were upcharges for certain services. Or any other questions I may have.
Ultimately I let the little head make the choice! If the girl turns me on, I'll contact her and ask for a date.
