Does anyone aside from me wonder (review question)

why you will see 5-10 reviews for a provider and they are all 1s and 2s?  I mean, do we not believe each other?  lol.  I was just perusing reviews and found several providers with a lot of TERRIBLE ratings.  I just find that odd.  While one bad review, especially among several good ones, may have little effect on me . . . if they are all bad, I can't imagine why I would try.

Just wondering.

One of two possibilities:

1)  The reviewer is only using the review to get VIP status.
2)  The reviewer didn't do their homework and found out too late that the provider was a rip off.

I guess the third possibility is that the reviewer was just dense and decided to roll the dice even after seeing the reviews.

My guess is #1.

Just my $0.02.

I'd have to guess #2.  The reviewer didn't do their homework and found out too late that the provider was a rip off.

It just doesn't make sense to me that someone could be that stupid.

Yes, one would hope that it was #2 and that the reviewers did not do good enough research.  But if they were able to find the site to post a rip off review easily enough, it does make you wonder why they didn't see it before setting up the appointment.

Maybe I'm just being cynical.  :)

I think that VIP members should not be able to submit reviews for women on the Rip-Off list, period.  It's one thing to get caught via ignorance, but I've seen guys that have over 10 reviews then submit a review for Austin or Bridgette.  Come on -- how obvious is that?

Austin's great new review, and the fact that her "reviewer" has only 1 posting, raises the possibility that this is a self-review. Austin/Bridgette are very knowledgeable about TER, and it wouldn't be a surprise that they're trying to game the system -- particularly with the coming onslaught of Superbowl fans.

Wouldn't surprise me if it was her boyfriend trying to drum up business for the 37 year old Austin.

Hmm, had no idea that Austin was 37! Maybe we should put some money in a retirement fund for her.

where does that put me..?? If your getting ready to retire her at 37, I guess you think I should be put out on a piece of ice like they do with senior Eskimos...;>)

Actually, I was referring more to the fact that Austin must depend on her athletic skills to get away from her clients. Austin/Bridgette must be under tremendous stress everytime they goes on an outcall, knowing that the client is going to be disappointed, and not knowing when she'll run into that one wrong customer. Even with a driver outside, Austin must still be prepared to make that dash out of the room, if things go south.

As with professional athletes, one's peak performance is reached between 20-25. So, Austin's prime years in the "cash-and-dash" trade will soon come to an end, thankfully for us hobbyists.

BTW, I think real, mature providers are wonderful.

While I agree that the reviewer is probably just trying
to get VIP status, the fact that they post bogus bad
reviews for known ROB's does not bother me as much as
when they try to post a good review for a highly rated
provider.  It is easy to spot the bogus bad review
(as other posters have noted), it is nearly impossible
to spot a bogus good review.

I agree with BK #1 to get VIP status, might make up a few things ....  :-)
