Manifestation charged companion goes to Court March 14th.

As I've reported before asking a cop "are you a cop" breaks the Phoenix manifestation law.   Monica J., arrested for this (long story) after protesting outside Bethany Bible Church about Project Rose goes to Court March 14th.

Unfortunately she and her ASU support group seem to be ignoring the real legal issues but protesting all over the web about discrimination just because she he a TS.  This has nothing to do with the case and have yet to hear any real legal defenses from her or her group.

She did a video recently which could do more legal harm that good.  Sadly she is not very well spoken as a representative of companions to fight the Phoenix manifestation law.  But obviously we hope she wins.

There is a large demonstration planned for outside the Courthouse at 8AM - mostly ASU folks it seems and many from the transgendered community.  

Other than their ranting about discrimination, I have been able to find few real facts about the legal case.  Am not sure if its just a preliminary hearing or actual trial.  Or, what their defense strategy is other than their discrimination rants vs the law.
