Well, it's one of the few times a lot of people in the adult entertainment business (primarily adult movie business considering it's Adult Video News that's doing the event) get together in one place to celebrate.  If you're into that type of thing, it's definately worth checking out, getting autographs and pictures of your favorites adult video stars (and some of the better known behind the camera people).

Not sure if anyone will be working on the side but generally, it'll be pricey if they do.
