Partially due to hobbying and trying to get healthy, I have lost 25 pounds and I discovered I no longer need them to get and keep an erection, however, I am only good for one round. I need oral for a second round. So, all in all, not so bad.

I have read the medical details, etc on all 3 and have used Levitra and Viagra-have not used Cialis.
My Doctor recommends Levitra-I use it-I do get the flushing, stuffy nose, etc...but also get it with Viagra..In the opinion of those with experience-which product produces the best result foregoing the side effects as all seem to have the basically the same-including Cialis from what I have read.

I have tried all 3, due to my ED problem caused by Red Yeast Rice. I had the most serious side effect with Viagra and the least with Levitra. It might be different for different people. Levitra is also the quickest to be effective. Cialis lasts the longest.
... I switched to Viagra because Cialis literally left me hanging a couple of times. Viagra (100mg) never has. I have no experience with Levitra. Between the two (Viagra & Cialis) the side effects are about the same. With Cialis the headaches were worse. With both my experience is the side effects did not always manifest themselves. I use nasal spray and ibuprofen and sun glasses with great effect.
A side note: I'm likely going to try cutting the Viagra in half the next time I use it and see how that effects things. Also I have found that I can wait until about 15 minutes before the session to take the Viagra and it works just as well and puts off the occasional effect of making it difficult to orgasm.
I've tried them all, with varying degrees of success. All but Cialis gave me the flu-like side effects. It was really bad with Viagra, suffered the blurry, blue vision as well.
I've been using a tri-mix (technically a quad-mix) injection now and that works extremely well. Produces a rigid hard-on that lasts for three and a half hours. If I had experienced the injections sooner in life, I wouldn't have bothered with the oral meds.
Some guys fear the injections, but I think once they try them they're not as scary as they thought. For me, I use a spring-loaded injector and I barely feel anything at all when I inject. I urge any guys who suffer from ED to talk to their urologists about the injections.

Not trying to hi-jack the thread but being as I have a hair trigger and only get to see a provider now and then (that is the sum of my sex life) the thought of an erection for even 20 min would be great. Do you still stay erect even if you have ejaculated??? I did at one time using Viagra stay hard after the ejaculation but not since.
Do I want a 3 hour erection, no but I would like one long enough to enjoy it and hopefully she will at least get a little something out of it. Go without female companionship for a year or more and I can pop very quickly. Yes, I stay erect for the full three and a half hours, regardless of ejaculation. And you can adjust the dosage so that you can last as long or as short as you like. I'm thinking that the shortest duration would likely probably be about 45 minutes.
Greatly appreciate the information, now working with the V.A. urologist might be a bit of a problem. Have prostate cancer and have decided to not have any treatment so he is not real happy with me. LOL

I'm at peace with myself but would like to enjoy to company of a lady or two before things take a turn for the worse. So right now the hard part is trying to figure out who you may click with and the only real way is to exchange a few emails if she is willing and if that goes well ya hope for the best.

Like all medications where there are a number of varieties to address the symptom (i.e., antibiotics, antidepressants) often one must try more than one before finding the one that works best. I found Levitra gave me horrible headaches, Viagra none. Everyone's reaction to every med is different, so some experimenting must usually be done....
