I have tried both Levitra and Cialis in the past with little side effects other than the usual headaches.  The problem is that I felt more effect later that evening and the next few days than an hour after taking it.  Partially due to hobbying and trying to get healthy, I have lost 25 pounds and I discovered I no longer need them to get and keep an erection, however, I am only good for one round.  I need oral for a second round.  So, all in all, not so bad.
