I've tried them all, with varying degrees of success. All but Cialis gave me the flu-like side effects. It was really bad with Viagra, suffered the blurry, blue vision as well.

I've been using a tri-mix (technically a quad-mix) injection now and that works extremely well. Produces a rigid hard-on that lasts for three and a half hours. If I had experienced the injections sooner in life, I wouldn't have bothered with the oral meds.

Some guys fear the injections, but I think once they try them they're not as scary as they thought. For me, I use a spring-loaded injector and I barely feel anything at all when I inject. I urge any guys who suffer from ED to talk to their urologists about the injections.
