How much have you spent on the Hobby so far? Or do you keep track?

My personal preference has been long dates that include a night on the town, travel to fun places, hotel rooms, gifts, flowers, etc.  The actual donation is just a part of the overall expense.

But this post is not about me.  The ladies that I have met have made an impact in my life.  They have given me the self-confidence I lacked; they have been a lot of fun to be with and I appreciate all that they have given back to me.  How much have I spent?  I can't (don't want to) even keep track.  Would I do it again?  You bet... in a heart beat!!  Thank you ladies.

Curious how providers have given you the self-confidence that you lacked since you are paying for their affection and sex.  Or, do you really believe that the GFE session is reality?

BTW, I only pay for their time and affection, the sex comes free... :-)

If you haven't really tried an extended date, try one.  It isn't just all about the sex.  Many of my dates are with real people, with real personalities.  And they have had an impact of how I see myself today as opposed to how I saw myself before my hobby.  My confidence level in dealing with women has changed with experience.  In my younger years (high school and college days), I was terrified to even ask a girl out on a date or even a dance.  I don't have that problem today.

Yes, it is a reality during the date because I treat them as real people.  However, it becomes a fantasy after our last goodbye when the date is over.  There are NO blurred lines there.  My definition has reversed the roles of "reality" and "fantasy", but that's how I see it.  I hope this clarifies my position.

Good rationalization and if it keeps you positive about the hobby more power to you.  But the ugly truth is that you are paying for sex and the provider is offering you companionship so you don't feel so diminished about paying for sex.  But, in today's world, being in denial about what the hobby is really about is probably not such a bad thing.

That includes all hobby related expenses. Most are 1 hour appts with the exception of a handful of dinner dates and an overnighter or two each year.

You have to keep in mind that what seems like a fortune to one man may be a paultry sum to another. Chances are that 100K is a drop in the bucket for guys who spend this much.

What I spend per year fits my budget nicely.  I could cut back and buy a boat or a motorcycle, maybe take up golf again too, but I prefer to hobby. But there was a day when I could only afford a single 1 hour session per month, and even that was a stretch.

Frankly, it's only "too much" if you are straining your financing to do it.

Hobbying is no diferent than like someone involved in a bad marriage but same sex for life. IMHO, true cost is immeasurable. Rewards are always positive.
