Have had similar problems; they usually resolve themselves in three or four days. I assume it's seasonal traffic demands and/or netscape doing internal servicing, or "?" ...Good luck!
Can anyone help me here? I've haven't been able to access my Netscape account all week. The login screen loads but when I try to access my mail or the help page, they don't load. It just stays in a perpetual "waiting to load" state. I use that account to contact providers which for me is a good enough excuse to ask here. Thanks for the help.

Same thing happened to me 6 mo. ago . Called my server , cox cable , they no longer supported netscape mail . They gave me a new email address @ cox.net . Would never have found out if I diden't call since no notice was ever given . You may want to check with your internet provider . Good luck
