It happens to everyone. I just went thru a spirt of, last minute cancellations myself. Excuses were "Aunt Flo came to visit", "I've never done this, but have a family emergency" and the third was just a disappearing act, all by reviewed providers. I've yet to re book with any of them. That's why I don't give any personal info during screening. Of course I've got a few TER white list references and I belong to P411 with ok's.  As a newb, I can imagine how you feel, but trust me when I tell you this happens to everyone. I'll give the same advice the previous poster mentioned, don't give up.
