Faxinator - you are certainly the exception, not the rule. I've been active in the lifestyle for a few years now and I have met many MANY men who are WAY more sexually adventuresome than their wives. Consider yourself extremely lucky!!

Since we are a bunch of seniors still plying this hobby and enjoying it, there are probably good things we have done for our physical preservation that work for us; and I think it is only fair we use this forum to share these benefits.

I've done a number of things over the last ten years that have not only slowed any deterioration, but since incorporating these into my life, I've actually been enjoying sex more now than any time else I can recall.

First, from my MD:  Vitamin D. It keeps your internal organs in tip-top condition, and when they are purring along, so are you.

Also from my MD:  When high cholesterol and high blood pressure reared their ugly heads some years ago, my MD offered various drugs to deal with them, but he said the drugs would be a drag on my libido, so I said no thanks to those and instead chose to cut down on fats and salt.  Doing so did the trick, so I stopped buying unhealthy snacks and substituted things like fresh and dried fruits, nuts and carrot sticks.  They worked like a charm, and this also keeps my weight in check.

From my tantrika:  She suggested ginseng tea (also suggested by my Korean gal) and goji berries.  My sexual stamina has never been better, and I think I owe it to those.

Round up wtih twice daily 15 minutes of stretching and calesthenics, and I've never felt better or loved with more pleasure.

Learning more about my sexual side from seeing tantrikas is also a worthy and enjoyable endeavor.

Finally:  medition.  20 minutes on a sitting bench keeping the mind focused on some kind of mandalla so that the mind is trained to be able to focus on whatever task is at hand (like sex), without becoming distracted.  Think of it as calesthenics for the brain.  It works.

So, let us know (both guys and gals) what has worked for you?

Good genes....

......coupled with exercise, exercise, and exercise, followed by a well balanced diet...

Since it's herbal, I thought it would be better, but it still gave me ED problem. Even little blue pills won't help.

i have none really..just eat right..get your exercise..sleep right..and most importantly..stay active..mentally and physically..like my dear dad told me..use it or lose it..at our age once we lose it..it is lost forever..

For the past 4 yrs I have enjoyed the joy of "juicing" . Not everything gets juiced but every day I juice
orange juice its so good for you and mixing it with a variety of other fruits such as watermelon and your favorite others makes for a true refresh . Instead of chomping down in a carrot I want  my nutrients to get into my system fast . Too much carrot juice however, can cause clotting to its important if anyone attempts to juice for nutrients  to use caution as well and a rich source of vitamin A ,B, E & K along with sodium sulphur and calcium.Too much of a good thing can make you sick too.

Greens . Remember when your Mother would tell you "eat your greens"? You can juice those too in a blend of apples strawberries and other favorite flavors but greens .Vitamin C K and calcium are in greens. Steam them never cook them even with corn as hard boiling takes the nutrients right out of them.Green veggies are one of the most important dietary needs for the immune system because of the minerals . Buying organic is also very important.

Throw away sugar replace it with honey  it serves more than a flavor it actually cures allergies too. If you buy your honey from a bee farm local to you , and you take it as allergies creep up they will vanish. Add honey to your yogurt ice tea and anywhere you once used granulated sugar. Trash all that garbage it's not good for you .

No more fried foods - Clogged arteries like clogged drain . Olive oil only saute' do not fry.

Vitamin D is needed for strong bones it seems to be a problem in the midwest due to the dark winters I would wonder how many of the population in Alaska suffer from this as well. I have not taken a multi vitamin in years. Sometimes i think I should, but my diet seems to do ok for me.

Proteins

Organic only for me. I'm not much of a beef eater but when I crave a juicy steak it's not grain fed its grass fed. Chicken and fish veggie pasta not white goopy starch filled . Making a green salad with strawberries , nuts and all your favorite raw veggies with some balsamic vinegarette is oh so good.
1 glass of red wine is good for the heart .

Exersize. Do stretches that really really hurt a little more. No pain no gain. Some of the best meds you
can find are in what you eat. I wont take pills because of the synthetics and because I don't want
to put drugs in me that are manufactured.

I have to say I feel much healthier than I did when I was eating fried food .gave all that up when I started feeling sick.

Gave 'em all up

At least 45 minutes of exercise 5 X per week.  Walking, Biking or Swiming depending on the weather.

Lots of water.

I read an article about 10 years ago that said we are killing ourselves by dehydrating our inards.

So, I keep a one liter bottle of water on my desk and I don't leave the office until I have finished it.

I get a hitch in my get-along every once in awhile. Actually, it's a bit of osteo arthritis in my back. Luckily, the weight of another body on top of mine helps my back quite a bit. Really. I've noticed that sex activities do help my back feel better.

Well, and yoga a couple of times a week doesn't hurt either.

Now, if I could just get a volunteer to help me stretch out my hip....... Any takers? LOL

Kisses,
Marie

Cook from scratch.  Shop the perimeter of the store.  Stay away from prpaired foods.

Lots of water, and a glass of wine with the evening meal.

The first thing:

Getting involved in the swinging lifestyle. My wife and I swap regularly, all that free pussy is good for you and exceptionally cost-effective.

The second thing:

Zinc.

I can't even get my w to have sex with me. That's why I hobby. LOL

Yes, I consider myself lucky. I think I'd go crazy, otherwise. I have this burning need for variety in my sex life, and fortunately she needs variety, too.
